Ely Community Cinema Celebrates Its First Anniversary
The Rotary Club of Ely is delighted to celebrate the first anniversary of Ely Community Cinema, a project that has quickly become a valued part of the local community.
When plans for the cinema were first taking shape, both the Rotary Club of Ely and the Ely Fireworks – Ely Community Events Team were proud to provide financial support to help bring the vision to life. One year on, it is wonderful to see how far the project has come.
Over the past twelve months, Ely Community Cinema has grown into a thriving venue, bringing people together through a shared love of film and creating new opportunities for community engagement and entertainment.
Representatives from the cinema team recently gathered with members of Rotary and the Ely Fireworks committee to mark the occasion and reflect on a successful first year. The anniversary celebration was, fittingly, accompanied by birthday cake and plenty of good cheer.
The Rotary Club of Ely congratulates everyone involved in the project and wishes the cinema continued success for many years to come.
