The Rotary Club of Ely is proud to support opportunities for young people across the local community, including grassroots sport.
In 2025, the club helped Ely City FC's Under-10 Girls team by sponsoring new team T-shirts. The support forms part of Rotary's wider commitment to helping young people build confidence, develop skills and enjoy positive experiences through community activities.
Grassroots football plays an important role in bringing young people together, encouraging teamwork, resilience and friendship. Local clubs also provide a welcoming environment where children can stay active, develop new abilities and become part of a supportive community.
